The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Rao Bahadur Y. Mahabaleswarappa Engineering College organized a Student Development Program (SDP) focused on career pathways in the core mechanical sector. The primary objective of the program was to expose students to the vast potential for entrepreneurship and to highlight the various opportunities available within the traditional domains of Mechanical Engineering. This initiative aimed to inspire students to look beyond conventional job roles and consider becoming job creators.
