ABOUT DEPARTMENT

M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering was established in 2011 with an intake of 18 students, aimed at providing students with a wide variety of opportunities in industry and R&D.The curriculum is a credit system, which is designed to enable students to excel in areas of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science & Management, IOT, Software Engineering, Research Methodology & IPR (online Course) , Advanced Operating Systems, and Advanced Computer Networks . To build on this strong base, Students can specialize by choosing professional electives like Blockchain Technology, Information and Network Security, Deep Learning, Multimedia Communications, Decision Support Systems etc. Students must undertake a Mini Project and Present a paper in a reputed international Conference in the 2nd semester, Industry Internship and VTU online MOOC Courses in the 3rd & Project Work in the 4th semester. To cater to these needs, the department is well equipped with high end LAB facilitates and Qualified faculty members with a Digital Library and Wi-Fi facility.

and students. CSE department always believes adage of Charles Darwin that “It is

responsive to change“. CSE Dept. shall serve variety of purposes to all stakeholders
