On the occasion of National Science Day, an engaging Student Development Program was organized, combining insightful sessions on Quantum Computing in AI, the Indian Space Program, and Career Guidance. The event aimed to enhance students’ knowledge of emerging technologies while inspiring them to explore opportunities in science and technology.
The Student Development Program on Indian Space Program and Career Guidance aimed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of India’s space initiatives, technological advancements, and career prospects in the space sector. The event focused on India’s achievements in space exploration, satellite technology, and the role of emerging technologies such as AI, data science, and quantum computing in modern space research.
The program featured expert sessions, interactive discussions, and career guidance to help students explore opportunities in organizations like ISRO, private aerospace firms, and research institutions. Hands-on learning experiences and insights from industry professionals ensured that attendees gained valuable knowledge and inspiration to pursue careers in space technology and related fields.
With participation from 85 students across multiple engineering disciplines, the program fostered an engaging and intellectually stimulating environment, encouraging innovation, research, and skill development in the field of space science.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, where students actively participated, showcasing their enthusiasm and curiosity about India’s space program and career opportunities in the space sector. The discussion allowed attendees to gain deeper insights into space technology, satellite applications, and emerging trends such as AI and data science in space exploration. Overall, the program successfully enhanced students’ understanding of India’s advancements in space science and technology, equipping them with valuable knowledge for future academic and professional growth.
