About IQAC
The R.Y.M.E.C. established the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) during July 2017 to develop a quality system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic programmed action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the college and to promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internationalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
OBJECTIVES OF IQAC
- To develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic programmed action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the Institution.
- To promote the institution measures for functioning towards quality enhancement through internationalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The IQAC has also contributed towards institutionalizing the quality assurance strategies for faculty, student and infrastructure development are:
- Guidelines for preparation of Academic Calendar with Dean Academics.
- Establishment of Institute Innovation Council (IIC) under MHRD.
- Guidelines follow up for Research and Development Cell
- Conducting quality programs i.e., seminars, webinars, guest lectures, conferences, etc.
- Improvement in various processes to take feedback/surveys from various stakeholders.
- To implement and enhance the use of ICT tools to strengthen the teaching-learning process.
- 7. To institutionalize the best efforts to make the campus ragging-free and develop the discipline in the students along with the establishment of grievance redressal cell.
- To submit the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) annually to the NAAC.
- Mentor-mentee process and its effective implementation.
- Participation of college in NIRF, ARIIA, NBA, AISHE, and various other quality audits recognized by the state, national and international agencies.
- Conduction of Academic audit, Green audit, Energy audit in the Institution.
- Organizing outreach activities in collaboration with LEAD, UBM, NSS, YRS units had organized number of outreach activities.
