A Yoga Awareness Session was successfully conducted for the 6th semester students of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) branch on 26th April 2025 at 8:00 AM.
The session aimed to promote the importance of yoga in maintaining physical health, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being. A trained yoga instructor guided the students through basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. The session also included a brief talk on the benefits of incorporating yoga into daily life, especially for students coping with academic pressures.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students, who expressed a positive response and interest in continuing such wellness activities in the future.
